Pinkspiration

Here's a bit of a different post, a few of my favourite items of the last few months, all in my favourite colour, PINK!

H&M coat

Gift from Samantha :3

Lace top (thrift)

H&M leggings

Hair growth treatment from Lee Stafford, I think it's working a little

My favourite skirt in the world, from toppers!

Top embellishment (Thrifted)

 Hat (H&M)

 Satchel (Claire's)

My favourite crazy ebay shoes!

We've been talking about "Unique Selling Points" in our university class and how to market ourselves in the creative industry, and all I can think is "People remember me because I wear a lot of pink". Nothing spectacular, I need to think about it more. However even without my colourful hair at the moment, I still got called "Pinkie" TWICE last week by strangers on the street.

So I thought I'd translate it into a blog post :) I'm sick today so no decent outfit posts, and my camera is broken so I'm using my old one. Can anyone recommend a good camera for blogging and make-up pictures (for uni) that's fairly cheap..ish. Preferably a DSLR?? Argh I've been searching all day and nothing makes sense in the camera world! :(

Besides that, I have 2 exciting things to post about next week! :)
Hope you're all well

'Tis the Season to be Spooky

Top: H&M
Skirt: Topshop (£6.30 in the sale inc. my student card woo!)
Leggings: New Look
Headband: New Look

I finally got these leggings in the post after 10 days, so much for 2-4 days delivery. And I had to phone New Look up and everything, it wasn't pretty. This outfit is a bit boring, I was just so eager to try on my leggings which I want to wear all throughout October. I just want to pair them with every pretty pastel dress I own! However, the quality of these suck, so I would recommend investing in a better pair if they're going to be a staple piece and you want to rock Halloween all year long (why not?)
PS: Sorry my bra is on show

A new leaf..

Blazer: Vintage
Bag: Claire's (excuse the little plastic tag, ugh!)
Dress: Charlotte Russe
Bracelet: Topshop
Shoes: Mall shop

It's the start of October, I'm back at uni and it's getting cold. 99 reasons to be glum. BUT to cheer myself up I'm going through my wardrobe and renovating my style, and by that i don't mean "go out and buy a whole new wardrobe" as much as I would love to, (come at me, student loan!), I'm changing my clothes rails around and pulling out exciting statement pieces like this blazer and trying to get more wear out of unworn things. Can you believe I was going to sell this blazer? (I'm trying to get an online store going... soon, it's in the making!) Well, after trying it on, I've decided to keep it (surprise surprise).
Long story short, I'm going to try and rejuvenate summer clothes for winter. I hate boring, dark greens and burgundy colours so i'm just going to rock the pastels, florals and neons and not give a care in the world if they're not "in fashion", style is subjective to the wearer.

A bunch of outfits

This is an "I feel bad for being a bad blogger throughout August" post, so here are a heap of outfits from my phone camera (not too shabby for a camera if I do say so myself..) I have LOADS of outfits and posts coming up in the next few weeks, I'm super excited!

I should probably explain the hair situation seeing as I went from brown to blonde? I didn't bleach it, I used colour b4 to remove the pink (because I have an apartment review in a few weeks and I cannot with all the pink stains all over my bathroom/cushions/sheets/kitchen/sofa/life). Colour b4 says it doesn't damage the hair so I thought it would be a safe bet, thinking it would go back to brown... this happened, but I loooove it. I always wanted caramel blonde, and to think, the only time it happened was by accident. I'll also do a post on hair dyes like punky colour/directions etc that don't damage the hair, including natural colours, if anyone's interested?

OH ANDDD, I'm writing a make-up/beauty section for an online magazine called migmag! :) thank you so much to steffani for putting my name forward :) (check out her blog too guys, it's AWESOME!)
Here's my first article

Disney Brat

Top: Forever21
Jacket: Charity Shop (originally Miss Selfridge)
Skirt: Topshop
Bag: Primark
Ears: Disney ;)

I'm going to justify this post by saying that the last picture kind of resembles an outfit picture. But really I just want to bore you with holiday pictures of the happiest place on earth! I was lucky enough to spend my 21st birthday being a complete Disney Brat in Paris with my wonderful boyfriend so here are a few pictures of our adventure!
If you're planning to go to Disneyland Paris I definitely recommend going in September as it's out of season and the line for Space Mountain was always less than 5 minutes everytime (once we got to walk straight on to the front of the ride, no queues!)
